Synopsis

Reporting to one of the Analytics Managers and working under the guidance of the Business  Engagement Managers, he/she should leverage their advanced analytical skills and a wider analytical toolkit, to analyse, visualize and communicate Etihad’s enterprise data resources.

The jobholder is required to lead market research projects, employing the most optimal research techniques – as such will be required to have significant experience in qualitative and quantitative market research.

He/she should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, to effectively work across a multi-disciplined environment.

Accountabilities

•  Produce the optimal research design to generate insight from Etihad’s customer groups/markets specific to a particular question or opportunity
• Conduct qualitative research (e.g. moderate focus groups or conduct interviews)
• Design, build and deploy surveys
• Analyse and visualize results and highlight insights to the business
• Make commercial recommendations to senior stakeholders derived from market research insights
• Develop and maintain proficiency with advanced research, analytic and database tools, in-house data sets, and other resources
• Will be encouraged to develop one or more specializations in Etihad’s key analytical disciplines and be the ‘go-to’ person among peers in that field. Act as an expert and coach to wider analytics team
• Assist in development and training of Analytics Analysts level 1 personnel to further their understanding of the toolkit, Etihad’s enterprise data resources and analytical / problem solving techniques

Education & Experience

• Degree educated in business, statistics or other numerate discipline – preferably with a significant Market Research component
• Professional qualification in market research preferred
• Additional qualifications in analytical disciplines and techniques an advantage
• Minimum of 7 years work experience in market research – including experience in running qualitative and quantitative market research projects from concept to completion
• Experience with Microsoft Customer Voice and/or Dynamics365 platform (or similar platforms) would be beneficial
