In this role you will support the process to develop and deliver an economically and operationally optimized passenger and cargo schedule and ensure timely and accurate publication of operating and marketing flight schedules. The process ensures that the output is aligned to the broader Etihad Aviation Group’s strategy.

Accountabilities

  • Short-term (current IATA season) cargo and passenger schedules planning that includes close in re-fleeting, capacity optimization, and ensuring operational integrity and on time performance targets are delivered
  • Ongoing coordination/communication with key stakeholders in the business that includes Network Planning, Cargo, Revenue Management, Alliances & Partnerships, Operations, Government Affairs, Finance and Corporate Communications
  • Evaluation and implementation of value adding ad-hoc charter requests
  • Support in securing landing permits for all Etihad operations

Education & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Network Planning, Scheduling, Operations Control or Cargo Network Operations with a reputable airline
  • Proven ability in developing, presenting and supporting business cases, as well as managing projects with a high degree of interaction and communication with all levels in the organization
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree in Aviation/Business Administration/Tourism or similar discipline
