Synopsis

The SAP GRC Expert will be responsible for Service to identify, detail and solve reported incidents such as functional defects and malfunctions in interfaces. Adaptive Maintenance BAU Enhancement: Service to provide for new configuration or custom development updates, additions, and deletions within the implemented system and functionality that is already in production as well as enabling existing functionality.

Accountabilities

  • Support SAP tickets within agreed SLA timelines
  • Responsible for Tickets and Incidence management for supporting/preventive and perfective maintenance
  • Address bug fixes arising in SAP application system
  • Prepare RCA for major incidence
  • Support system audit for SAP system
  • Regular monitoring of batch jobs/interfaces and take corrective actions
  • User Administration – This would cover User id creation, User id deletion and User-details Modification.
  • Role and Profile Administration – This would cover Role + Profile activation based on approval and checks on Separation of Duty, Role + Profile Update, Role + Profile deletion, and Role + Profile Modification. 
  • Security Monitoring – This would include execution of reports to validate the controls defined by internal and external audits such as a SOX Audit.
  • Security Troubleshooting – This would include resolving user access problems for different transactions and other system administration problems.
  • Business Process Analysis & Reengineering, Business/Solution Architecture in the areas of GRC Configurations
  • The consultant should be an expert in requirement gathering, gap analysis, business process mapping, blueprinting, functional specifications preparation, training manuals and configuration related documentation, configuration, testing, training and support
  • Perform post go-live support activity such as system monitoring, interface etc.
  • Respond and fix day-to-day incidents / bugs raised in the production environment after go-live
  • Should be open to learn New sub module in GRC / Basis and carry positive attitude
  • To adapt to agile methodology of support

Education & Experience

  • 5 – 7 years of relevant SAP support experience, including SAP implementation knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related degree is mandatory
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide the required resolution
  • Ability to interact with Business and Key Management stakeholders
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and standards
  • Good communication skills
