Synopsis
The SAP Consultant will be responsible for supporting SAP applications in line with the best practices and standards of SAP and Etihad specific requirements.
Accountabilities
- Support SAP tickets within agreed SLA timelines
- Responsible for Tickets and Incidence management for supporting/preventive and perfective maintenance
- Address bug fixes arising in SAP application system
- Prepare RCA for major incidence
- Support system audit for SAP system
- Regular monitoring of batch jobs/interfaces and take corrective actions
- To adapt to agile methodology of support
Education & Experience
- 5 – 7 years of relevant SAP support experience, including SAP implementation knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related degree is mandatory
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide the required resolution
- Ability to interact with Business and Key Management stakeholders
- Knowledge of industry best practices and standards
- Good communication skills
