Etihad Aviation Group has an exciting opportunity to join the Talent Acquisition team to add value to the organisation by identifying exceptional talent to join the business and deliver against the Groups business objectives. The available position is a 12 month Fixed Term contract with full employment benefits.
In this role you will become the Talent Acquisition Sourcing & Researcher Expert to your client groups ensuring that the best fit talent pool is provided to their teams, and that they value and embrace the service provided by Talent Acquisition.
You will be the Candidate Advocate for applicants to Etihad ensuring they, see Etihad as an employer of choice and have an excellent experience
The Role
- Engagement: Ensure a deep understanding of the business, specific roles and their needs
- Lead service delivery to Hiring Managers ensure the right hire is made in line with policy and best practice in partnership with the HRBP.
- Candidate Generation: implement, maintain and enhance (active & passive) channels to attract and bring the best candidates to Etihad.
- Talent Pools: build talent pools in key hiring areas in advance of need, ensuring only motivated and qualified professionals enter the talent pools.
- Employer Brand: represent and promote Employer Brand to ensure Etihad is positioned as a destination employer in key talent pools.
- Candidate Engagement: ensure candidates have an excellent experience of Etihad recruiting process and are able to make informed decisions to join Etihad.
- Market Know How: develop and maintain a deep understanding of your target candidate groups and the marketplace dynamics.
- Advise and guide the candidate pool: ensure they know and support the process, understand market dynamics, assess candidates well and make sound recommendations. Ensure you know the Etihad operating model and HR processes to be able to keep candidates informed
- Self-Development: ensure you continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
Your Experience
- Educated to Degree Level in any discipline
- 3+ years’ experience Talent Acquisition experience ideally in both Agency and In-house recruitment environments
- Extensive recruitment sourcing/research experience across multiple channels (LinkedIn, Job Boards, Recruitment ATS, networking etc.)
- Headhunting capabilities within the Technical sectors would be a distinct advantage.Candidates with this experience will be prioritised.
- Fully conversant using LinkedIn as a sourcing tool, ideally having held previous Recruiter licenses
- Extensive experience in identifying prospective candidates across multiple sectors at various levels (junior to senior management)
- Candidate management experience, conducting full screening and assessments to qualify candidate relevance
- Capable to engage and manage relationships with clients up to leadership level
- Proven ability to change adapt to new sectors, business models.
- Able to manage high number of recruiting projects with key focus on delivery and results
- Excellent spoken and written English.
