Description:The Challenge:
Crave a challenge that is also rewarding? This position is for a NASC Training Lead at the National ALIS Support Center, Tier 2 Service Desk.

As the Lead Instructor, you will manage the ICS Admin Training Program and be the lead instructor for multiple ALIS Admin training tracks.

You will also be responsible for the following:
– Review and ensure all training material is current and accurate
– Configuration and maintenance of virtual and physical training environments (VAMP, VPAC)
– Reviewing emerging program changes and documentation that will affect training material currency
– Providing ALIS Admin training metrics and trending data
– Review ServiceFlo tickets for recurring problems indicating a training or documentation issue
Basic Qualifications:
– Minimum 10 years experience with ALIS Administration with Admin experience in multiple disciplines and with hands on experience with all types of ALIS/MPE hardware
– Prior certified instructor experience required
– Must be articulate and able to explain complex topics in basic terms to ensure understanding
– Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex ALIS or MPE issues
– Windows, Linux, and virtual machine backup and recovery experience required
Desired Skills:
– Prior use of ServiceFlo ticketing system
– Powershell or SQL scripting experience
– VMWare Experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
