Synopsis

It’s an exciting time to work for Etihad Airways and in particular our Cargo Charter Sales function; we’ve grown from a national carrier to a global aviation group, transforming the industry through creativity and innovation with a clear drive to optimize commercial value whilst delivering exceptional products and services to our guests.

We have an exciting opportunity for ambitious, focused Cargo Charter Sales management professional to drive revenue generation and achieve revenue targets in line with the Etihad Cargo annual budgetary directives. 

Accountabilities

  • Manage and direct all Sales and Marketing aspects of the Charter division, which includes making Sales visits and managing accounts of Charter Brokers, Freight Forwarders having their Charter desk.
  • Manage and lead a team of charter sales analysts to meet service quality levels and to adhere to SLAs and charter processes
  • Provide Clients with Cargo Charter solutions on Etihad freighters using route analysis, costing system and closely working with the Etihad Cargo Commercial teams.
  • Manage relationships with all external and/or internal suppliers and stake holders to ensure quality service to charter customers
  • Make Charter budget proposals and strategize a plan to achieve Charter revenue targets.
  • Strategize Etihad Cargo approach towards managing any forecasted fiscal deficits.
  • Direct and Implement KPI’s for the Charter department and come up with new initiatives to improve sales and operational performance.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree holder in related field.
  • Industry knowledge and experience in Cargo Chartering for a minimum of 2 years. 
  • Open to relocate full-time in Abu Dhabi.
