The line service technician is responsible for providing efficient
service for all internal and external customers by using excellent,
in-depth knowledge of company procedures and proper ground handling of
aircraft as well as communicating effectively with customers, pilots,
and team members. Secondary emphasis is placed on the hangar facility
and line equipment upkeep.

– Marshalling all arrivals and departures, aircraft staging, ramp
safety, organization, and cleanliness
– Facilitating and servicing aircraft with whatever needs it may
require as requested by flight crews
– Safely ensuring clean, dry aircraft fuel is being delivered to the
proper aircraft
– Driving vehicles in areas congested with moving and stationary
aircraft, vehicles and equipment
– Deicing in a safe manner
– Providing customer service (i.e. baggage handling, car re
positioning, catering, ice, coffee, etc.)
– Complying with FBO Ops Manual, Employee Handbook and Safety Manual
– Communicating with Shift Lead during airline fueling down time
