Synopsis

This role is responsible to manage and control airline revenue accounting deliveries. Analyze revenue performance, prepare and provide accurate and timely MIS and other information on the revenue trends to senior management and internal stake holders.

Accountabilities

• Responsible for accounting of airline revenue, including passenger & Cargo and other miscellaneous revenues
• Provide meaningful, accurate and timely airline revenue trend reports to senior management and internal stake holders
• Perform regular process and quality checks to ensure high standard of service delivery
• Implement and manage new revenue accounting processing solutions related to business requirements/initiatives 
• Interpret new airline Interline/Incentives/Commission agreements/contracts for proper accounting treatment and set up
• Manage all relationships related to revenue accounting process, including IATA/ BSP/CASS & Clearing House
• Ensure internal controls are effectively maintained for revenue related areas
• Perform monthly/weekly revenue related journal entries in accounting books
• Reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts and resolves any exception items on a timely basis
• Assist with revenue budget and forecasts variance analysis for assigned accounts

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 3 years of airline revenue accounting experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Extensive airline revenue accounting process knowledge
• Knowledge on MS Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
