Role Summary
Within the Anuvu content technology team, we are focused on maintaining a highly flexible and scalable cloud native digital supply chain product through the integration of best in class SaaS software products . We expect a positive outlook, strong analytical skills, practical problem solving, good communication, and an action-oriented mindset.
Location: US Remote.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the content through the Open Platform (our digital supply chain) and our operational processes from acquisition of the license through to delivery to clients , this includes troubleshooting issues and remediating rejections.
- Onboard ing clients onto our Open Platform through configuration work and test package creation .
- Supporting the ongoing transformation projects including QA testing , user training and rollout.
- Able to maintain and build new workflows with the team to ensure technology operations is well documented and transparent.
- Apply strong critical thinking and strategic thinking skills to determine how to best resolve issues quickly , identify root causes, and continuously improve our technology and services.
- Ability to pick up work as needed and remain flexible and positive.

What We’re Looking For
- Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Networks, Information technology or related field.
- 5 + years experience in a technical field(s) , preferably media focused
- 3 + years in technology content operations or related field
- Understanding of media encoding technologies
- Basic coding skills in python or similar
