Overview
Synopsis
The Change Manager will be responsible for identifying, planning and overseeing the execution of the Change Management Plan for the program of work. They will work with the relevant experts from across the program to identify and define the scope and scale of the change, define the scope of change management work required, provide Change Management expertise and best practice and work alongside the various functional leads to define and deliver all required Change Management activities in a timely and effective manner.
Accountabilities
• Develop and implement change management strategy and plan, and ensure the creation of all associated deliverables, that support the successful delivery of the program and ensure business readiness for all related changes
• Lead and own the development and execution of the program Change Management plan, working with the relevant functional, communication and training SME’s to ensure the outcomes of the programme are successfully delivered and all change related activity is delivered consistently, successfully and in a timely manner
• Track and report on the implementation of the Change Management plan which is defined and agreed, escalating any Issues, Risks and Dependencies as and when required
• Act as Change Management SME for the programme driving standardisation and delivering best practice support and guidance to all program stakeholders
Education & Experience
• Degree level education in change management, communications or related discipline is required.
• Post holder must have a minimum of 5-8 years experience delivering large scale business transformation focused on change enablement, preferably within an IT environment, with proven ability of handling all internal change activities; airline experience is advantageous, as is previous experience of working in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
• A self starter who can work with minimal supervision and collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders from across the business to drive Change Management best practice.
• Extensive knowledge of change management design and execution.
• Native English speaker with excellent English writing skills.
